For those of you interested in Regional Transit’s planned Downtown/ Natomas/ Airport lightrail line, there will be two public meetings:

A project update and walk-through of the newly released environmental report will be covered. Those attending will also hear about the project’s benefits and impacts, learn how to provide comments, and will have an opportunity to ask questions about the report.
Public comment on the planned DNA light rail project may be made during the 60-day period which started Dec. 28.
Written comments can be submitted by mail to the Sacramento Regional Transit District, Attn: Don Smith, P.O. Box 2110, Sacramento 95812. Oral comments may be made during both open houses as well as at the RT board’s public hearing set for 6 p.m. Feb. 25 at 1400 29th Street.
