FEMA And Building In Unincorporated Natomas

As previously reported by THE BUZZ there are pending changes to the FEMA regulatory floodplain in the Natomas area that will freeze building permits.

Anyone who desires to construct a new structure or substantially improve an existing structure in the unincorporated area of Natomas will be required to obtain approval from the Sacramento County Department of Water Resources Floodplain Management Office.
