The Sacramento Police Department seeks input from the community about its customer service. The department wants to know:
- How long you are willing to wait on the 911 line,
- How long are you willing to wait for an officer to respond,
- How long are you willing to wait for a police officer to take a report,
- How do you want to make a crime report, and
- What type of follow-up do you desire.
Sac PD hopes to identify service gaps and incorporate information collected from the public into its Master Plan for Police Services.
The survey is available on-line survey and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Click here to participate.
