Check out this video of Natomas Middle School students and their car wash fundraiser held Sunday.
Students will be raising money for the next 8 months to offset costs of a trip to Washington D.C. in Spring 2009.
The cost for each traveler is about $2,000. The goal is to get that dollar amount down low enough that any child who wants to go will have that opportunity.
Sources tell THE BUZZ, the car wash was a lot of fun and a good way to keep cool on a hot day. Thanks go out to everyone who came out and supported the kids (and there were a lot of you).

How awesome is this? I love to see something on YouTube that is a positive. I wish I could have been by to get a car wash (Lord knows I need one) and to support the students. I have asked before…how can I make a contribution? Trixie
