Nice PC correct answer. I have heard why the plans “fell through.” And the reasons were not economic.

Yes, I’d like to know more. I thought this Saxby’s outlet was a franchise. If so, why would the CEO of Saxby’s have anything to say. We should get the scoop from the frachisee. I’ll bet Saxby’s got their money for the franchise and could care less whether or not the location opened.
There used to be a Saxby’s at the Solano mall also – it was even open for a while, but it’s gone now.
