Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a young woman whose body was found inside a burning Natomas apartment.
Twenty-one year-old Jose Camdelario Duarte was arrested just after midnight for the murder of 20-year-old Alicia Ray.
Ray’s body was found Sunday afternoon when firefighters were called to the Tamaron Ranch Apartments on West El Camino in Natomas.
