Rain is in the forecast for the Sacramento region over the next several days, but meterologists say it won’t rain on most trick-or-treaters tonight…
If your little ones don’t want to brave the wet weather, or you’re simply looking for something different from going door to door, here are a few “safe” Halloween night options in Natomas:
- Barnes & Noble presents A Safe Trick-Or-Treat Zone today from noon to 6 p.. at the Natomas Promenade Shopping Center. For Halloween this year, Barnes & Noble and participating stores will be handing out treats to costumed kiddies. In addition to handing out treats, some stores, including Barnes & Noble, will be offering Halloween-related activities. The bookstore will have an array of crafts, face painting, a costume contest and two story times with Miss Kiki!
- The Club at Natomas Park will host a Halloween Party for its members 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the clubhouse, 2101 Club Center Drive.
- The Natomas Community Trunk Or Treat will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bastiao Farms Goblin Gardens, 3845 El Centro Road at Arena. Children’s admission is $4 and includes all actitivites — trick or treating, bounce house, corn maze, hay pyramid, double slid, games, food and more… This event is sponsored by Adventure Christian Church and catered by Dinner My Way.
