We found out late Monday afternoon that our senior program will not be cut for the balance of this fiscal year. Many thanks to all who supported us these last few days! It is a great burden lifted off the shoulders of our seniors to know that we will still be here for them… at least for awhile longer.
The real struggle will come in June when we will again fight for our senior program as the County prepares its budget for 2009-10 fiscal year. We will keep everyone posted!
