During the Memorial Service this past weekend for Natomas Journal publisher Will Craig, the Natomas Schools Foundation announced the creation of the Will Craig Journalism & Creative Writing Scholarship.
The scholarship will be presented each year to one high school student in the Natomas Unified School District who has demonstrated an exceptional aptitute for writing. The first scholarship will presented at the senior awards dinner on May 20.
To support this scholarship, donations to the Natomas Schools Foundation may be sent to the attention of Lisa Rojas, Executive Director at 1500 W. El Camino Ave.#329; Sacramento, CA 95833.
