Thanks to a $5,000 grant from Lowe’s and more than 60 volunteers, Westlake Elementary School parents and students transformed a patch of dirt into a usable play space and completed two dozen additional landscaping and campus improvement projects. It’s A Grind, HOLT, and Neil O. Anderson & Associates, Inc. also contributed to the effort.
