A NATOMAS BUZZ reader was horrified early Sunday morning when they came across the carcass of an animal that had been bludgeoned to death at Kokomo Park in the Creekside area of Natomas. The animal was beaten so badly, it was unclear whether the remains were that of a cat or rabbit.
The reader who sent us this photograph promptly reported their find by calling city’s 311 line who, in turn, planned to inform Animal Control. Anyone with information about this crime should contact Animal Control via 311 or Sac PD on the non-emergency line at (916) 264-5471.
