Councilmember-elect Angelique Ashby will host the last in a series of public community meetings 6 p.m. THIS Wednesday at the South Natomas Community Center.
Ashby was elected June 8 to represent City Council District One which includes Alkali Flat, Downtown, The River District/Richards Boulevard, North and South Natomas, and Gardenland-Northgate and takes office Nov. 23.
This week’s “Quality of Life” session follows on the heels of a meeting about “Economic Vitality” held earlier this month and one on “Public Safety” in September. Ashby plans to use feedback from the sessions as a guide for District One priorities once in office.
The community center is located at 2921 Truxel Road.
