All signs point to a Canyon Creek Bar & Grill restaurant moving into 3591 Truxel Road, the space previously occupied by Steve’s Pizza Place. Canyon Creek Bar & Grill opened a restaurant July 1 in Carson City, Nevada and has plans to open a location in Spanish Springs, Nevada and this eatery in Natomas.

This is great — I hated to see Steve’s close and I’m glad we’ll get a hole of dead commercial real estate filled before too long.
I do find it interesting that “Canyon Creek Grill & Bar” will be located directly next door to “Applebee’s Bar & Grill.”
