Inderkum remains atop Tri-County standings
The Inderkum Tigers defeated the River Valley Falcons 35-20 Friday, Oct. 29, improving to 8-1 overall and remaining atop the Tri-County standings at 4-0.
Both Pioneer and Woodland, who each recorded victories last night, remain on the Tigers’ heels with a 3-1 conference record (7-2 overall). Pioneer and Woodland will face each other next week.
Inderkum returns home next Friday for the annual Respectful Rivalry game against the Natomas Nighthawks.
Nighthawks honor Senior Class of 2012
The Natomas Nighthawks came to the field with energy and intensity for their final home game of the season, but could not overcome Pioneer’s offense as they fell to the Patriots 44-28.
Ceremonies celebrating Senior Night took place prior to the game as senior class-members of the football team and cheer squad were honored.
The Nighthawks wrap up the regular season by traveling north on Truxel Road for the annual Respectful Rivalry game against the Inderkum Tigers.
