Female white Shepherd/Labrador mix with black spotted tongue and weighing about 85 lbs.

Last seen about 3 p.m. on Feb. 27 in the Westlake area near the Natomas Pacific Pathways camps, at the intersection of Natomas Central and Del Paso Road.

The dog’s name is “Phoebe” (pronounced, “fee-bee”). She is very friendly, but is likely very scared and shy. She is wearing a pink and green check collar, and is microchipped.
