Inderkum High School student Adrianna Rosales placed 3rd for her digital art in the Crocker Art Museum Student & Community Exhibition being held March 1 to April 1.
Rosales received her award during a March 18 reception held at the museum, pictured here.
“This is amazing news because there is a lot of competition” said Michelle Townsend, digital photography teacher at Inderkum. “Many years they have not recognized digital as an important art medium.”
The exhibit is presented in conjunction with the California Arts Education Association as part of “Youth Art Month.”
