The Natomas Pacific Pathways Prep senior class held a Hawaiian Luau earlier this month to raise money for their trip to Six Flags in Los Angeles.
“It was amazing to have the NP3 families come together in support of this year’s senior class,” said Marie Dalman, an event organizer.
More than 100 guests attended the April 13 event, raising $1,000.
Along with NP3’s own clubs, students from Inderkum High School and The Performing and Fine Arts Academy of Natomas Charter were also at the event and performed multiple numbers. NP3’s Polynesian Dance Team performed as well as the school’s music club Acoustic Jamz – a crowd favorite.
“I enjoyed Sebastian’s performance. He is so talented and entertaining,” said Nataly Reyes.
The luau featured a raffle for four Hawaiian-themed baskets, made by each of the senior advisory classes. The event was topped off with a Pacific-style dinner buffet.
