Sacramento police apprehended four suspects after a vehicle pursuit ended in a foot chase Sunday in Natomas.
At about 11:37 a.m. officers in a marked patrol car attempted to stop a vehicle near Honor Parkway and Bill Bean Circle in the Regency Park neighborhood.
A vehicle pursuit ensued which ended when the suspect vehicle, described as a white BMW, hit the center median on Natomas Boulevard, north of Club Center Drive.
Police spokesman Officer Doug Morse said all four passengers fled the vehicle on foot. The adult male driver and an adult male passenger were located with help from a K-9 unit. Two juvenile female passengers were also caught after they attempted to run from police through a nearby apartment complex.
The vehicle was reportedly stolen during a burglary which occurred outside the city limits, in the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department jurisdiction.
