On the eve of their graduation from high school, we asked Inderkum seniors: What are your plans for after graduation and what will you miss most about high school?
Evan Carr, 17
“I plan on going to UC Berkeley and study different majors until I find the right one. I’m just going to miss all my friends because I’ve known these kids since I was five years old and it will be a new experience to be away from them.”
Anthony Warren, 18
“My plans for after high school is to go to Texas Tech to study engineering, which I’m really looking forward to. However I will miss being around all my friends and family because I have so many connections here.”
Danielle McCarthy, 18
“I’m going to go to Menlo College on a soccer scholarship to study Sports Management and hopefully continue onto a career with that major. I’m going to miss the high school dances and events, as well as the overall high school experience.”
Javeeria Tahir, 18
“My plan is to go to sac state and go into medicine. I’ve always really disliked science but I recently discovered that I do enjoy the field of medicine. What I will miss about high school is being able to see my friends and get out of the house every day.”
Vanessa Gomez, 18
“After high school I’ll be going to Woodland Community to major in social work, and then I plan to transfer to a state school in the bay area to study psychology and criminal justice. I will really miss being so involved on campus through the leadership program.”
