A meet-and-greet with new Natomas High School principal Mark Beebe Tuesday evening was a success with students and parents alike.
Principal Beebe being accessible, helping get students college ready and new opportunities for involvement at Natomas High were among the topics discussed during the 1-1/2 hour event.
“I believe that schools exist for education, safety and to develop students as a well rounded individual,” Beebe said.
Natomas Unified school board members, the Natomas High football team and cheer leading squad, school administration and parents were among those in attendance – about 60 people in all.
“I think that Principal Beebe is very nice, well spoken, and has an extreme interest in the welfare of students and parents of Natomas High School,” parent Paula Banks-Jennings said.
