THE NATOMAS BUZZ | @natomasbuzz
Sacramento city crews were dispatched to north Natomas on Thursday to clean up a massive pile of tumbleweeds.
The tumbleweeds collected along North Park Drive, between Banfield Drive and Fredericksburg Drive during the Oct. 27 winds.
Area residents said they called the city’s 311 line to report the pile was blocking the sidewalk along that stretch, forcing walkers, joggers and cyclists to walk into the roadway to avoid the plants.
