The 2014 the Martin Luther King Jr. march and celebration today, Jan. 20 began with community marches which departed from two separate locations – one in North Sacramento and one in Oak Park. Participants from both marches converged at the Sacramento Convention Center where the festivities continued.
Inderkum High’s JV basketball coach Dwayne Bishop was among the march participants.
