Publisher’s Note: The Sacramento County Coroner has identified a body pulled from the Sacramento River the afternoon of June 20, 2014 as that of Mary Norman.
Sacramento Police are trying to determine the whereabouts of a 27-year-old woman missing since last night.
Mary Norman was reported missing after she entered the Sacramento River from a boat near Sand Cove Park Beach, at about 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17.
Police said they have interviewed others who were with Norman at the time she went missing.
Search efforts are in progress with help from multiple agencies including marine, air and land units.
Sandy Cove Beach Park is located at 2005 Garden Highway in Natomas.
