We asked seniors who graduated from Natomas High, Natomas Pacific Pathways Prep and Inderkum: What do you plan on doing after high school?
Bikram Dhaliwal, 17, NP3
“My plans after graduation are to enjoy summer with friends and family, travel as much as I can, and prepare myself for college. I’m looking forward to attending UC Davis and becoming an Aggie this fall.”
Daisy Vidales, 17, Inderkum
“I plan on moving to Davis in September to attend UC Davis, and I will be majoring in Microbiology!”
Ryan Newman, 17, NP3
“After graduating, I will attend American River College and get my AS in Sports Medicine. After that I plan on transferring to a university to further study Kinesiology and Sports Medicine and ultimately get certified as a physical therapist.”
Zamir Swangin, 17, Inderkum
“After high school I’m planning on enhancing my singing voice by getting voice lessons in the summer. Then in the fall, go to ARC, to later transfer to UC Santa Cruz to major in Theatre, and Music, and minor in Business. I know its a shot in the dark to go for a dream as big as mine, but the only thing that’s holding me back is the thought of failure.”
Jocelyn Bates, 17, Natomas High
“After high school I’m going to Sac State to major in nursing!”
Amanda Borrelli, 17, NP3
“This fall, I am going to be attending the University of San Francisco. I’ll be majoring in Biology and I also hope to become a Licensed Paramedic at the school.”
Hailey Castillo, 18, Inderkum
“After attending Inderkum High School, I’ve decided to donate my hair. I will be attending UC Santa Cruz in the fall with Human Biology as my major. I hope to become a pediatric doctor and also have a degree in child psychology. I hope to help others one good deed at a time.”
