Wild Rose Park was approved by the Sacramento City Council in 2009. It will be located at 5200 Kankakee Dr.
Rachel Minnick, District Director for Mayor Pro Tem Angelique Ashby, City Council District 1 responds:
“Wild Rose Park is scheduled to open January 2015, which would include the community garden component. Parks is already putting a list together of people interested in a plot in the community garden that will open at Wild Rose this fall.”
