Natomas Cops Log – August 26, 2014

Incidents are from shifts starting August 25, 2014:
14-238219 (Medical Aid ): 100 Block of Dragonfly Cir at 7:18 a.m.
Officers responded to a residence regarding a medical aid call. Medical personnel and police responded. The subject was pronounced deceased at the scene from a self-inflicted injury. There were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.

14-239052 (Bike Stop): Pebblestone Way / Truxel Rd at 11:45 p.m.
Officers conducted a bicycle stop in the area. During a search, the cyclist was found to be in possession of methamphetamines and ultimately arrested.

Incidents are from shifts starting August 24, 2014:

14-237554 (Burglary): 1100 block of Fairweather Dr at 2:16 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary. Officers investigated and a report was generated.

14-238187 (Alarm Call): 3600 block of Northgate Blvd at 4:52 a.m.
Officers responded to a ringing alarm and found the front door broken. The suspect had already fled. Multiple bottles of pills were stolen. Further follow-up will be conducted.
