Natomas Cops Log – Sept. 2, 2015

Incidents are from shifts starting Sept. 1, 2015:

15-252048 (Medical Aid): 3200 block of Azevedo Dr at 0057 hours.
Officers responded to a medical aid call and located an unresponsive female in an area apartment. CPR was started, until medics arrived and took over lifesaving efforts. The woman appeared to have a medical emergency and was ultimately pronounced deceased at the hospital.

15-252386 (Forgery): 2100 block of River Plaza Dr at 1122 hours.
Officers were called to a hotel regarding a subject who had rented a room with a stolen credit card. Officers made contact with the suspect and arrested the man for defrauding an innkeeper, as well as violation of probation.

15-252955 (Burglary ): 100 block of Adkinson Ct at 2156 hours.
Officers responded to the above location regarding a ringing alarm. Upon arrival, officers confirmed forced entry had been made and property was taken.

Incidents are from shifts starting Aug. 31, 2015:

15-251101 (927P): 3595 Wheelhouse Ave at 0413 hours.
Units were dispatched to the above location regarding two subjects driving a large tractor in the field toward Garden Highway. The suspects fled prior to officers arrival. Officers located the tractor running and observed damage to a gate near the levee.

Incidents are from shifts starting Aug. 29, 2015:

15-248800 (Suspicious Subject): 900 block of Azusa St at 0017 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of a suspicious subject who had been knocking on a door. Upon arrival, the man was stopped by police as he attempted to drive away in a vehicle. Officers detained the man and he was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Incidents are from shifts starting Aug. 28, 2015:

15-248063 (Missing Person): 600 block of Regency Park Cir at 1206 hours.
Officers responded to the report of a missing 31 year old male. Family members grew concerned when he left home without his personal property. The missing person was entered into MUPS.

Incidents are from shifts starting Aug. 27, 2015:

15-247219 (Traffic Stop): Summer Park Dr / Autumn Park Dr at 1625 hours.
Officers were patrolling in the above area when they stopped a vehicle for an infraction violation. While conducting a search prior to towing the vehicle, officers located a loaded firearm. The driver was safely detained and ultimately arrested for carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.

15-247281 (Robbery): 3600 block of Truxel Rd. at 1716 hours.
Officers responded to the call of a robbery. The victim was in the area when a vehicle pulled up and stole the victim’s purse and fled. The victim sustained a minor injury from the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
