The Natomas High School fledgling girls wrestling team competed in the Women’s West Coast Tournament of Champions last month on Dec. 20.
The girls took 5th place as a team out of the 35 teams registered.
Freshman Stephanie Gandara took 4th, junior Viviana Quintana and junior Rashanique Adams took 5th, and Jasmine Arciga took 6th.
“They get better every week,” coach Jeremy Arsich writes.
