Volunteers will host a benefit for the Natomas Rose Garden on Saturday.
The event will be held 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at the American Legion Hall, 720 Santiago Avenue (one block north of El Camino/Rio Linda).
Festivities will include Dance music by DJ and teacher Jennifer Walker, tango and salsa/bachata performances.
Raffle prizes will include more than $1,000-worth in donated items including hotel stays at the Hilton Garden Inn and Marriot Residence Inn, restaurant gift cards and gift baskets.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the volunteer-run rose garden located adjacent to the South Natomas Library off Truxel Road.
Tickets for the benefit cost $15 per person; sponsorships are available for $200, including four tickets.
