A Sacramento Fire Department Arson Investigator along with Sacramento County Park Rangers have arrested 39-year-old Evangeline Deutsch on suspicion of arson. Deutsch was arrested in connection with a series of grass fires last week along the American River Parkway, near Northgate and Highway 160.
