Back by popular demand, Sacramento County will host five low-cost movie nights at Gibson Ranch Regional Park throughout the summer under the stars. The first film, “Avatar,” will be shown THIS FRIDAY, June 11.
Movies begin at dusk and there is a $6 entrance fee per car. There will also be a variety of movie concession food available at family-friendly prices. All funds generated support movie night events.
“We are pleased that we are able to do movie nights again this year,” said Liz Bellas with Regional Parks. “We have a great movie line‐up, and this is an economical and fun way to spend time with the family.”
Gibson Ranch is located at 8556 Gibson Ranch Road, north of Natomas, in Elverta. For more information, contact Regional Parks at 875‐6961 or online at www.sacparks.net, or the Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Park District at 991‐5929.
