15-177122 (Attempted Robbery): 200 block of Cleveland Ave at 2254 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of an attempted robbery. The victim conducted a money transaction in the area and was confronted by two unknown suspects who displayed a knife and demanded the victim’s property, but were not successful. The suspects fled on foot and a report was generated.
15-177233 (Vehicle Stop): San Juan Rd / Northgate Blvd at 0213 hours.
Officers stopped a vehicle in the area and made contact with the occupants. During a search of the car, a handgun was found and one man was arrested for weapons offenses.
15-176405 (Subject Stop): San Juan Rd / Northgate Blvd at 0922 hours.
Officers stopped a subject in the area and the man became combative. Following a brief struggle, he was arrested.
Incidents are from shifts starting June 22, 2015:
15-176077 (Assault): 2200 block of Northview Dr at 2149 hours.
Officers responded to the area regarding a report of assault. The victims were walking in a complex when they were confronted by two unknown suspects on bikes who assaulted one the victims with a CED device and fled from the area. Officers conducted follow-up and a report was generated. No injuries were indicated.
