A new Sourdough & Co. location is slated for the Natomas Town Center on Del Paso Road.
The fast-casual eatery will be located in the 1,800 square foot space previously occupied by Jimmy John’s, which closed a year ago in February 2019.
Sourdough & Co. is locally-owned eatery which serves soups, salads and sandwiches. It is known for its freshly-baked sourdough bread.
The restaurant got its start in El Dorado Hills where its flagship store opened in 2010. In 2016, Sourdough & Co. announced plans to expand into a chain operation and today there are more than 30 locations statewide and more than a dozen new ones in the works.
The new Sourdough & Co. in Natomas will be located at 2731 Del Paso Road in Suite 100, next door to Dos Coyotes.
