Creekside Cleanup A Success

The Creekside Neighborhood Association hosted a Creek Week cleanup day along the linear park. About 20 or so members of the community showed up to help out and clean the neighborhood creek.

For the second year in a row, cleanup participants planted wildflower seeds as they walked the creek. In the end, volunteers collected enough trash to fill about six large trash bags.

A big thank you goes out to the Crossing Church, Lewis Communities and Angelique Ashby, president of the Creekside Neighborhood Association.
