The shrine commemorating Kevin Marshall, a student at Vista Nueva Career & Technical High School, who was shot to death in South Natomas Thursday evening.

Great…Thanks Ray and Heather for alowing Natomas to turn into Sacramento’s next Oak Park and Del Paso Heights…This Murder happened very close to my home, where I am trying to raise two young children.

Northgate/S. Natomas
Juvenile victim (16 years old) got into an argument with the suspects. Ultimately the suspects shot the victim multiple times. We located the suspects in the city of Southgate (LA County) and they were taken into custody. The homicide detectives are on their way down there at this time. They all lived in the same area.
