Kobra Properties is being sued over a delinquent $5.9 million loan for a proposed business center in North Natomas.
The property in question is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Truxel Road and Gateway Park Boulevard. Plans are for three 85,000-square-foot office buildings to be constructed at the site.
A rep for Roseville-based Kobra tells the SBJ plans for the proposed project will be submitted to the city in October for approval. Kobra Properties is being sued over a $5.9 million on property located in North Natomas.
