THE BUZZ spotted this sign at the Barnes & Noble store in the Promenade shopping center. Sources tell us the original plan was to only reduce the store’s hours during the week, but new signs indicate the change will be in effect seven days a week. Employees were told the cutback in hours were handed down by corporate because it’s not very busy after 10 p.m. — even though the in-house Starbucks cafe is almost always packed til closing time! (The store currently closes at 11 p.m.)
