Plans for a new Panda Express with a drive-thru have been submitted for 3801 Northgate Boulevard.
Public records show that the .72-acre site will have a 2,400 square-foot restaurant, including a drive-thru. This location will be near the current McDonald’s. A Chevron gas station and KFC have also been proposed for this corner, but are not included in this specific project.
This site was previously approved for a Sonic Drive-In in 2021. But progress stalled and in 2023 the approvals expired and the applicant confirmed the project would not move forward.
