Holiday Inn has submitted plans to develop a vacant 2.79-acre parcel located at 3664 North Freeway Boulevard in Natomas.
Site plans submitted to the city show the Holiday Inn will be located between BevMo and the large office buildings within The Promenade at Sacramento Gateway shopping center zone.
Details in the application show a four-story hotel, including 116 guest rooms, an outdoor pool, fitness room and 101 parking spaces.
According to the IHG Hotel Group website, this location would be the second Holiday Inn location in Sacramento. A Holiday Inn Express and Suites is located at 2981 Advantage Way in Natomas.
The proposed Holiday Inn project requires review and approval by the Sacramento City Council.
