The Witter Ranch Community Alliance presented two pieces of specialty equipment to representatives from the Sacramento police and fire departments Tuesday during a National Night Out celebration event. The neighborhood group was presented with a certificate of recognition from the State Assembly for its efforts to aggressively raised money, negotiate price, and buy the donated equipment.
